3Division Entertainment’s Air Missions: Hind recently joined Steam’s Greenlight seeking votes and favorites. The game is also scheduled to launch in early 2016 for the Xbox One via the ID@Xbox program.
Despite being an indie game, 3Division Entertainment’s pedigree in working on the Air Conflicts series instantly gives the game a very gratifying visual appeal that’s rarely seen from titles appearing on Greenlight. You can see a teaser of what the gameplay will look like with the announcement trailer below.
The game will feature over 15 different missions based on fictional conflicts that span the world, including Afghanistan, Eastern Europe and the Barents Sea.
There will be both competitive and cooperative modes available in the game, ranging from deathmatch to co-op campaigns, as hinted at in the trailer above.
As mentioned on the game’s main website…

We don’t get flight simulators anywhere near as often as we used to. This game has an instant grip on the attention of viewers thanks to its crisp visuals and realistic lighting mechanics that seem to imitate the way Bohemia Interactive handles the Arma games. The game’s design and camera work also brings back memories of Eidos Interactive’s old Flying Nightmares series.
Anyway, if you like what you’ve seen so far and if you think this is a game that deserves a spot on Steam’s storefront you can give it a vote and a favorite over on the Steam Greenlight page. There isn’t much more to learn about the game right now, but you can also keep track of the development by paying a visit to the official website. If the game gets voted through on Greenlight expect to see it released on Steam along with the Xbox One in early 2016.
