The Unlikely Legend of Rusty Pup Coming to Nintendo Switch, Wii U Version Canceled

While it may not be a surprise to many at this point, another game has been canceled for the Wii U in favor of the Nintendo Switch. The Unlikely Legend of Rusty Pup was originally planned to release on both the Wii U and 3DS but will now be making its way to Switch in favor of the previous gen console. According to an interview by Nintendo Life with one of the creators, Chris Seaver, the game still has a good chance of releasing on the 3DS depending on time and resources.

The Unlikely Legend of Rusty Pup is currently planned for a late 2017 release but has yet to receive a set date.
