The popular upcoming JRPG Star Ocean 5 has received a new game in the series, which would make the newest edition Integrity and Faithlessness the fifth game. However, fans of the series will be treated to some new screenshots that Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu published for the exclusive PS4 and PS3 2016 game.
The Star Ocean games were alright to me, although I preferred playing the Tales Of series, I do have to say that Star Ocean was a very interesting game. The latest game entitled Integrity and Faithlessness will mark the fifth implementation in the ongoing JRPG series.
The game will come out sometime during next year of 2016, though a specific date hasn’t been confirmed. Folks at least have an idea when the game might come out. However, the PS4 and PS3 exclusive did receive some new screenshots, revealing the combat, characters like Emerson and Anne and more.
Catching wind from Dual Shockers, the publication site received these images from Weekly Famitsu, which shows fans the basics of the game. Something worth noting, the quality on these latest shots aren’t so great since they were captured by direct magazine scans from the source.

Over the course of time, the game has evolved quite a bit and looks pretty fun. I remember when it was in sprites and had 2D battles. Now, the game is full-fledged 3D and has free roaming battles that are much different then the original games.

For those that are excited for Star Ocean 5 or Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness you can expect it to come out sometime during 2016, which will be exclusive for PS4 and PS3.
