Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate Receives November Free DLC Pack Gamer

2 minutes read

3DS owners will be treated to a November pack of free DLC for Capcom’s Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate. Now I know most people shudder at the letters “DLC” due to some companies handling both paid and free DLC in a very frustrating way, this pack is supposed to bring a load of features without any of that nonsense.

I’m not a person to always hop on DLC announcements, whether they are free or paid. I usually sit back and see what others say, and if it gets bad feedback then you know to leave it alone. Well, it seems that many seem to be happy about this new free pack of DLC for Monster Hunter 4, though I’m going to still wait.

The latest pack brings, as noted above, a lot to the game. With over 30 new features arriving to the table, whether you view them as being big or small, the game adds new gear, arenas, and of course new monsters. According to Nintendo’s official website, they list how you can jump-in on this pack, and how you can download it right now, as noted below.

I’ve played quite a bit of the Monster Hunter games for the DS, and I do have to say that both Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate and Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate are some pretty fun games. The long tedious battles are quite fun, as well as learning your favorite class’ advantages over the boss during the battles. But, for those that want to check out the newest trailer that reveals the latest downloadable content can view it below.

For those that might have missed out on the content in the video, you get 12 new quests, three new arena challenges, two new GX armor sets, seven new masks with specified skills attached to them, one bonus Palico: Sanchez, one Poogie disco ball costume, two guild card backgrounds, and seven guild card titles, which includes the Monster Hunter title.

For those that feel intrigued by the November free pack can get the DLC right now OTA (over-the-air) on their 3DS, which is for Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate.
