Jugger-Nog Limited Edition KontrolFreek Thumbsticks Available For PS4, Xbox One Gamer

a minute read

Launching in collaboration with Treyarch and Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and the highly anticipated zombies mode featuring a handful of Hollywood’s best and brightest, KontrolFreek has unleashed a limited edition Jugger-Nog thumbstick pack for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The pack is available right now for $17.99.

According to the press release…

It’s an interesting design choice and a clear deviation from the typical designs that are common with KontrolFreek’s thumbsticks. Usually they have indentations to allow the player’s thumb rest inside the thumbstick while sticking protuberantly from the analog stick. This gives the analog a more precise feel when moving around, also giving your thumb a feeling of security when waggling the stick up, down, left and right.

Nevertheless, according to the description page for the Jugger-Nog, the sticks are still designed to increase precision and playability…

I imagine if you already have a decent pair of KontrolFreek sticks you won’t need to dump nearly $20 just for the extra bottle cap thumbsticks.

Of course, if you’re a serious fanatic and love all things Call of Duty, especially the whole zombie schtick, then you’ll probably find yourself inclined and drawn to the sticks like certain anti-#GamerGate individuals are drawn to pedophilia. Anyway, if you want to give the thumbsticks a go, you can do so right now either by picking up a pair over at your local GameStop retail outlet, or by ordering the grips for the PS4 or Xbox One from the official KontrolFreek website.
